The evaluation includes application analysis, dependency mapping, flowcharting, documentation, automated translation, sample projects and the runtime libraries required to execute translated applications.

Choose the Windows installer for guided setup, or the portable ZIP package when installation rights are unavailable. Both packages provide the same evaluation functionality.


How the Evaluation Works

  1. Download and install the SoftwareMining Translation Toolkit.
  2. Register within the application using your business email address and create a password.
  3. The evaluation account provides capacity to analyse and translate up to 100,000 lines of COBOL into Java or C#.
  4. Contact SoftwareMining to obtain the runtime libraries and temporary evaluation licence files required to compile and execute the translated application.

Evaluation runtime licences are normally issued for a limited period, allowing enterprise teams and system integrators to compile, execute and validate the translated application within their own infrastructure.
